Timber is dedicated to helping you save even more money. Not only do we want your shopping experience to be pleasurable, but we also want you to be certain that your new purchases will arrive in good condition. Keep your invoice in case you have any questions or problems with which we may assist you.

Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions
  • Satisfaction Guarantees do not apply to open furniture items, open appliance items, open electronics items, special order items, customer assembly items, floor models or As-Is products.


  • Bedding accessories, such as linens, pillows, and mattress pads, are non-returnable and deemed final sale for hygienic reasons. Pillows and mattress pads are covered by a manufacturer's warranty; please see the warranty card that came with your product for more information.
  • Other than damage notified within two days of delivery or pick-up, products covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages. If required, Timber may acquire a product evaluation before authorizing replacement


  • We do not give refunds for shipping fees. Your reselection will be subject to delivery charges.


  • Commercial and/or builder contract prices are not covered by satisfaction guarantees.

Deposits and Refunds
  • Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable without any fees or charges at any time prior to delivery or pick up of the product. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the debit card or, if the cardholder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order.


  • Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable after the product is shipped from the manufacturer.

  • Commercial and builder contract orders require a 50% deposit on all purchases. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the product being ordered from the manufacturer. Once product is ordered from the manufacturer, order cancellations (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) will not be allowed and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
